Do you decorate or personalize your sweets?

Yes, we decorate and personalize our specialty cookies, cupcakes and cakes; and we’d love to do so for you! Please inquire via phone, email or visit the bakery. If emailing us, please allow 48 hours for a response.

Do you sell themed cupcake toppers and/or birthday candles?

Yes, we do! Please share any special requests when placing your order.

If your order includes cream cheese buttercream, please refrigerate as soon as possible. Orders with regular buttercream are best served at room temperature, but should be kept out of heat/direct sunlight prior to enjoying. Of course, just like anything they will taste best if they are enjoyed closest to the purchase date.

Yes, we can make gluten free and vegan cupcakes and cakes. Please inquire when you call or visit.

How do I keep my order fresh?

Do you prepare sweets for special dietary needs (i.e. gluten free, vegan, etc.)?

Where do your raw ingredients come from?

As much as possible, we try to use fresh, local goods and produce. Many of our main ingredients come from trustworthy retail wholesale suppliers like Costco.

When is Sweets on Darby Open?

Do you have seating?

Monday and Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday: 8am - 5pm

Thursday: 8am - 6pm

Friday: 8am - 5pm

Saturday: 8am - 3pm

Sunday: 8am - 1pm

Online Ordering Questions

Can I place an order online?

You can order select baked goods like cupcakes, cookies, donuts and muffins on our online ordering website. Orders can be placed 1 - 30 days in advance for pickup or delivery. 

Can I place a specialty order online?

If you need to order specialty items or custom designed products please order in store or via phone. 

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, all online orders have an option to be delivered using local delivery services like Grubhub, which is all integrated on the ordering website. If your looking for our most convenient way to order baked goods, online ordering for delivery is the way to go!   

Custom Order Questions

How do I place an order?

How far in advance should I place an order?

All orders should be placed  7 - 14 days before the desired pickup date. Please give us a call to see if we can accommodate sooner!

To place an custom order, we have a couple options for you!

1) Click here to place an online order (we may have what your looking for online)

2) Call us at 610-550-3305 during our hours of operation or leave us a voicemail.

3) We also encourage you to stop in and see us to place an order! 

How do I obtain a quote for a specialty order?

Specialty order quotes can be provided in person or via email following a phone call.

How far in advance should I place an order around the holidays?

Due to increased order volume, we kindly ask that you place a holiday order 3 weeks prior to desired pick up date.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Absolutely! We kindly ask that you provide them with the name the order was placed under, specifics around the contents of your order and payment as needed.

What is your cancellation/change policy?
 

We kindly ask that all cancellations and changes are made 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. With that said, we do not offer refunds on cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup.

Peanut and Tree Nut Allergy Questions

What is considered a tree nut?

Walnuts, Pecans, Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios, Hazelnuts, Chestnuts, Macadamia, Brazil Nut, and Filberts are all considered tree nuts. We do not use or store these nuts in our bakery, nor do we use or store any product (milks, flours, spreads, butters, extracts, etc.) made from these nuts.

How do you avoid cross contamination?

What does it mean to be a nut free bakery?

It means our bakery and all its offerings are free of all tree nut and peanut inclusive products.

Our facility is free of all peanuts nuts and tree nut products to avoid any possibility of cross contamination.
